Subscriber Automatic Renewal Program

Our Automatic Renewal Program is a hassle-free program in which we automatically continue your subscription. As a convenience to the vast majority of our paticipants who wish to continue their subscription, we automatically renew subscribers at the beginning of each new year.

It is our policy to notify all subscribers prior to the execution of this automatic renewal to give them the opportunity to unsubscribe.

It is also our policy that if we renew a subscriber who later notifies us, prior to receiving their second issue of the year, that they wish to unsubscribe, we will refund them in full. Automatic renewing is done purely as a convenience for the majority of our subscribers, you are always in control of your subscription and may cancel the auto-renewal at any time.

How do I Manually Renew?

To manually renew your subscription, add the next year of PhotoVision to the shopping basket. This will prevent you from being auto-renewed for the next subscription year.

PhotoVision Video Subscriptions are available only in the US and not available overseas.

Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt of item(s). You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be issued. Prior to returning your purchase please email customerservice@photovisionvideo.com or call 888-880-1441 for return authorization.

Shipping

Standard shipping is via Ground UPS. Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small handling fee. We endeavor to ship the day following the placement of your order. However, during busy periods, it may take 2 to 3 days before your order is shipped. For expedited or alternative shipping options, please contact customer service.
