Automatic Renewals

When you initially subscribe to PhotoVision or PVFLIX, an auto-renewal subscription is created. However, you are always in control of your subscriptions and may stop the auto-renewal at any time. Simply log into the web site and go to MY ACCOUNT, SUBSCRIPTION and select the Do Not Auto Renew link for the specific product. You will continue to receive the DVDs or have access to the streaming videos (depending on the product) for the balance of you subscription period but your account will not be renewed on the anniversary date.

Canceling a Subscription

You may stop the auto-renewal at any time. Simply log into the web site and go to MY ACCOUNT, SUBSCRIPTION and select the Do Not Auto Renew link for the specific product. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

For physical products (DVD) if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the amount of the original purchase price less applicable shipping and handling. Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be issued. Prior to returning your purchase, please email customerservice@photovisionvideo.com or call 888-880-1441 for return authorization.

All streaming products have a free preview video by which you can assess their content. Therefore once a streaming product is purchased, no refund is available.

Defective or Damaged DVDs

It is extremely rare that a DVD is truly defective. In most instances problems experienced on a MAC or PC are due to the software being improperly configured. Please check the DVD by testing it in a home-style DVD or Blu-Ray player.

If your DVD is defective or damaged, you can request a replacement by going to CONTACT US. Be sure to specify the issue you are replacing.

International Orders

Only streaming products are available for delivery outside of the United States. For overseas physical product orders, please contact one of our dealers such as B&H or Adorama.

Shipping

Other than PhotoVision, all other DVDs are shipped via Ground UPS and must be delivered to a physical address, not a PO Box. Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small handling fee. We endeavor to ship the day following the placement of your order. However, during busy periods, it may take 2 to 3 days before your order is shipped. For expedited or alternative shipping options, please contact one of our dealers such as B&H or Adorama.

From time to time, PhotoVision directly sends out announcements of our services, products and promotions as well as notifications of changes in our policies and order confirmations.

If you do not want to receive e-mails from us, other than order notifications and receipts, simply select “opt-out” at the bottom of an email.

PhotoVision reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. We recommend that all visitors and users of this website re-visit the Privacy Policy occasionally to learn of any new privacy practices or changes to our policy, however, we will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of the affected customers.
