Lighting for Green Environments

This DVD, featuring Ed Pierce, contains over three hours of lighting concepts. The goal of this tutorial is to give you the tools necessary for success and an understanding of lighting effect on the portrait subject. Concepts covered include looking for, and finding, naturally occurring directional light, modifying the existing light with reflectors and scrims to make it more flattering, additive lighting techniques including soft strobes which blend with the environment and subtractive techniques using black flats. In all cases, Ed's primary approach is to work within the existing lighting conditions and then subtly blend and incorporate a chosen technique to produce a completely natural looking image.
