Melanie Anderson sits down with PhotoVision correspondent, Janine Killian, to talk about how she handles her sales sessions. Melanie discusses why beginning to suggest products during the actual photography session can be beneficial and increase sales during the actual sales session. She shares why having everyone involved in financial decisions must be at the sales session, as later made decisions decrease sales. Melanie warns against treating budgets as taboo and how being open about it and offering payment plans will put the client at ease. Melanie shares her opinion on online sales and how she feels it is her duty to guide a client throughout the entire experience, which cannot be achieved online.
